This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Thanks so much for sharing this, Steve! It's a perfect fit for 3rd party plugins and widgets, but in reality, it's challenging to make it work. 🙁
Did you try with @import? And would a layer attribute for the <link> tag help with your use case?
