Poked around with a local environment for Spark on K8s (using KIND) and also getting S3 Tables working on OSS Spark. https://github.com/dacort/demo-code/tree/main/spark/local-k8s Unfortunately the official docs were ... subpar. Really irks me when code samples aren't even formatted properly. 😔
