We grew heirloom tomatoes, cukes, peppers, spinach, kale and fresh basil over the summer. The differences in flavor were unreal. Fresh homemade pesto is amazing. Next year I’m hoping to grow enough to maybe try to make my own pasta sauce & dill pickles. I recommend growing your own…veggies.
