i hit a big milestone today: 3 years at FireHydrant, my longest stint in tech! i’ve had the privilege of working at some _very_ cool companies, but something always gives. bad managers, uncaring leadership, burnout… this industry can really suck. but here, for now, i’m still happy and motivated 😌
