#pdxburgerweek stop 2: Plumb’s “French Onion Burger”! Review: there’s real (and very good) demi glace in the caramelized onions, so they nailed the flavor profile despite using Brie instead of gruyere, which i think would’ve taken over anyway. so good. Rating: 🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔 📍Deadshot / Portland / OR
