This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Instagram users under 16 will no longer be able to livestream or unblur nudity in direct messages without parental approval.
This seems like something that should have *already* been the policy, but I guess I'll take the win.
