Trump pounded on Jerome Powell for over a year to lower rates, saying he wasn’t doing it in order to hurt Trump. Then Trump’s handpicked Fed Chairman Kevin Warsh also didn’t lower rates yesterday and admits inflation is high. You can’t write this stuff.
