I didn't leave out anything. I specifically stated SCOTUS ruled Trump couldn't be striken from the ballot which is exactly what the lawsuit & appeal was about. And no, they didn't rule 'only Congress can determine if he committed insurrection' as that is not even their job as purely legislators...
