I believe they just connect your token to their instance and you should receive the notifications from the SDK listeners (I'm just thinking here, haven't implemented notifications either but there's a lexicon https://github.com/bluesky-social/atproto/blob/main/lexicons/app/bsky/notification/registerPush.json
