When I was a teenager, the dominant Cleveland rock station, WMMS aka the Buzzard, had a bizarre performance artist Murray Saul, who delivered an ad-lib stoned out rant called a "Get Down" to usher in the weekend every Fri at 5.
He did this for a decade! It was totally bizarre.
