This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Made a few more tweaks to my PoC web app build diff minimiser script the other day.
It now can de-noise my 33,399 line sample diff down to just 3,991 lines; much easier to review/see the salient changes.
