This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Saw this being nosey, but if I'm remembering correctly from the blog post about it, streaming music is still free. You still have to pay for the extra features in Plexamp tho.
I could be wrong since I haven't personally tested it.
