I totally understand why *Anthropic* doesn’t want this to happen. I’ll even believe it’s a ToS violation.
But why should *I* care? Terms of Service are not laws. Breaking them is not immoral in itself. These are all large companies with plenty of money. Let lawyers or arbitration sort it out.
