Arrived at hospital ED about 1:30 - 2 am. Lucky neighbour was still up and drove me as I could'd get a taxi! It was decided to remove the kidney stent, so I was squeezed onto the end of a surgery list. Just used a local, then pulled the stupid thing out. YAY! After admission waited over 2 hours! The stone HAD already gone but they inserted a stent (see pic below for partial info). I upset a compressed nerve in my lumber spine while standing doing food prep a couple of wks ago. Have been concentrating on rehab stuff. Walking is fine. Standing is hell, sitting & laying down are not great.
