This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

New tournament features today:
- TO's can now "override" the follow-up bracket. E.g. in round robin if group's top team drops. Now the TO has the option to give the spot to that groups 2nd team instead.
- fixed bug where new tournament/event page crashes if missing fields on submit
