This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

This is from a few days ago but having had some time to monitor it recent DB setting updates to use memory more efficiently had a massive boost at peak response time. Up to 30x faster.
+ tournaments are back on the front page + you can view tournament registration page as non-captain.
