It was both a lovely and bittersweet final chapter. #ClairObscur17 Sep 2026 04:17 +0000at://did:plc:4agsawanv3eo7fvohmmgbs7m/app.bsky.feed.post/3mvosbxfdws2jhttps://bsky.app/profile/sapphireharp.bsky.social/post/3mutdo54pac2fOne of those unexpected days where I had many things to get done and it all came together as hoped with minimal resistance. I’m grateful for the unusual good fortune.06 Sep 2026 06:13 +0000at://did:plc:4agsawanv3eo7fvohmmgbs7m/app.bsky.feed.post/3mutdo54pac2fhttps://bsky.app/profile/sapphireharp.bsky.social/post/3mlpf2dksfk2xOne side effect of running two book clubs (e.g. the obligation of reading 24 books a year that are chosen by the collective decision of others) is having many moments of just wistfully looking at those books which only I want to read. 🫠 Someday, friend. There is a natural tendency to avoid making effort that feels unnecessary, but that's why there are so many practices that mandate people do, in fact, make that effort. Undercutting those practices does not help us collectively. I bet there’s a niche waiting for RPGs that are straight-up operas. Skip all the complicated plots and extensive dialogue. Just embed the entire story in singing alongside the gameplay. #ClairObscur25 May 2025 14:57 +0000at://did:plc:4agsawanv3eo7fvohmmgbs7m/app.bsky.feed.post/3lpywafji3c2zhttps://bsky.app/profile/sapphireharp.bsky.social/post/3lnwixa3ilk27To my shame, apparently I have a mental hole for the name of the starting lead in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Unless I literally have his name in front of me, all I remember is: -Starts with 'G.' -Is very French. -Is definitely NOT Gaston. Otherwise, so far it's such a lovely experience.29 Apr 2025 05:03 +0000at://did:plc:4agsawanv3eo7fvohmmgbs7m/app.bsky.feed.post/3lnwixa3ilk27https://bsky.app/profile/sapphireharp.bsky.social/post/3ll6gd7e75k2tYes, 'Long Live Evil' was the most delightful novel I've read in a while. It charmed so many feelings and reactions from me, including maybe my loudest snort of laughter ever at book. I love how self-aware it is while also being balanced.
