While I'm transferring all my writing thoughts to my new acc: I hate that fat characters never get to be the brooding, dark love interest w/ a tragic backstory. Even when they're allowed to be love interests, they tend to fall into archetypes of 1) the funny one, or 2) the soft sweet one.
