Earlier today the #SCC gave leave to hear the Saskatchewan case involving use of the Notwithstanding Clause to protect their anti-trans legislation. I suspect it will be heard at the same time as the Quebec case, as they have to sort the differing results at the Courts of Appeal in both provinces.
