You can get metal epoxy putty at the hardware store. I'd use a thin layer on the bottom of the pin base and the enamel backing. Let that dry THEN go back and put a thicker layer on top of and around it to secure it. Goluve it plenty of time to dry ESPECIALLY if it's humid. Wear gloves.
