This part of physical media is such a giant issue.19 Dec 2024 22:43 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3ldox3cj2hk2rhttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3ldomiofolk2wFinished Black Myth Wukong this morning. Test has been added to the DoesItPlay website. It was a fantastic game. Definitely recommend checking it out. https://media.tenor.com/6bCoSy6N08oAAAAC/wukong-black-myth-wukong.gif?hh=498&ww=39919 Dec 2024 19:34 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3ldomiofolk2whttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3ldkczwlc222iStill progressing thru Black Myth Wukong. Roughly half way thru Chapter 4. Mostly solid build so far with some issues. Should be done before too long.18 Dec 2024 02:34 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3ldkczwlc222ihttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3ldghu53k2c2oBeen researching DS2 lately and I found out SOTFS on PS3 uses the vanilla layout rather than the new scholar layout. Personally I liked the original layout more. Ordered a copy for testing. If you like the original layout more but also want the dlc consider getting PS3/360 SOTFS.16 Dec 2024 13:49 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3ldghu53k2c2ohttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3ldgfsit44s2jI may have gone a bit overboard buying some highly wanted things for my Soulsborne collection. Some good stuff will be arriving soon. https://media.tenor.com/AKje1i0is0IAAAAC/pursuer-dark-souls-2.gif?hh=211&ww=49816 Dec 2024 13:13 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3ldgfsit44s2jhttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3ldc5fi2oks27So glad Nightreign will have an offline solo option. Definitely my most anticipated game now for next year.14 Dec 2024 20:31 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3ldc5fi2oks27https://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3ldbq7inv4k2nLooking thru eBay since the game awards announcement of Okami’s sequel. Every ESRB PS4 copy has sold. I’m expecting to see a bunch of copies go up soon at ridiculous markups compared to what they were selling for just a few days ago. I hate second hand market manipulation.14 Dec 2024 16:36 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3ldbq7inv4k2nhttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3ld7gglrsdk2eGot in one of the coolest pieces for the collection. This was a press kit given out in Europe for the PS4 launch. Has 5 launch games included. There is also a catalog showing various PS4 games and accessories. This is the first press kit I’ve ever acquired for the collection.13 Dec 2024 18:35 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3ld7gglrsdk2ehttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3ld4pfqydkk2gNot sure how accurate the stats are since I mostly play offline. Also there will be games from PS1-3, PSP and Vita not included that I played.12 Dec 2024 16:38 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3ld4pfqydkk2ghttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3ld4nayt7os2pFinished Beyond Good & Evil yesterday. Really great game, can see why so many love it. Maybe we’ll finally get the sequel. Started The Suffering Ties that Bind. Good so far. I just wish the didn’t use that blurry motion effect so much. Some parts have it constantly.12 Dec 2024 15:59 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3ld4nayt7os2phttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3lcxtlts6j22eAnother mail arrival today. Love the original but never got around to playing the sequel. Gonna play thru this one soon.10 Dec 2024 18:09 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3lcxtlts6j22ehttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3lcwcm6cucs24Beyond Good & Evil on PS5 is very solid so far. The physical copy on PS5 also has all updates on the disc.10 Dec 2024 03:33 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3lcwcm6cucs24https://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3lcvteaehqk2hSome mail arrivals today.09 Dec 2024 23:00 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3lcvteaehqk2hhttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3lcsv6e5azk24Got some cool stuff coming in the mail. One of the items is a first of its kind for my collection so I’m really excited for that to arrive.08 Dec 2024 18:54 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3lcsv6e5azk24https://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3lcqeypgzp22dOne thing the game industry severely lacks is transparency. Sometimes finding the correct info is so difficult, leaving customers to speculate. Being able to gather proper info for things shouldn’t be a hassle.07 Dec 2024 19:00 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3lcqeypgzp22dhttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3lcnvh5nen22cUntitled Goose Game platinum done. Very fun game. No test for this one since we already had one, just a casual playthrough.06 Dec 2024 19:16 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3lcnvh5nen22chttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3lclpn3bpt22oOne more week. Been slowly working on this test. The game is fun but I can only play in short bursts. For me it gets repetitive quickly. I don’t have a whole lot left tho. Honestly not sure if I’ll get another EDF game.05 Dec 2024 19:18 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3lclf3z2qvs2bhttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3lckwgwnlrk22Grabbed a few things at the store yesterday.05 Dec 2024 14:56 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3lckwgwnlrk22https://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3lcgnfz2zms2rIt’s time for these two to make a comeback. I hope one of the titles in development by Fromsoft is a new entry. They even considered making Sekiro a new Tenchu entry early on.03 Dec 2024 22:04 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3lcgnfz2zms2rhttps://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3lcgdjr5dxk2qFinished testing Turok on PS4. Currently working on it. Planning on doing the platinum and the DLC, which I haven’t played before, so will be a bit before it’s done. So far it’s been solid. Best thing is 60 FPS being on disc, which was an update for the PS4 version.21 Nov 2024 19:22 +0000at://did:plc:654uwlberffna6rn7xe5bxuo/app.bsky.feed.post/3lbi6surss224https://bsky.app/profile/chris-doesitplay.bsky.social/post/3lbfdvsspwk2wLittle Nightmares II: Enhanced Edition for PS5 Plays offline?
