The Brain Jar Press offices are located in Brisbane, Australia , which is about to get hit by a cyclone for the first time in a few decades. We can't predict what's going to happen, but I'm pretty sure that there will be disruptions to our ability to ship physical books this week.03 Mar 2025 23:50 +0000at://did:plc:6glnbilkachde27kevtgdv6v/app.bsky.feed.post/3ljj5dhnwy22yhttps://bsky.app/profile/brainjarpress.bsky.social/post/3lipwjwu3yc2lWe're waiting on new print copies of The Night Stair after preorders winnowed our local stock down to just 2 copies, but this is your reminder you can download the ebook free at offers.brainjarpress.com/TheNightStair. https://offers.brainjarpress.com/TheNightStair21 Feb 2025 23:12 +0000at://did:plc:6glnbilkachde27kevtgdv6v/app.bsky.feed.post/3lipwjwu3yc2lhttps://bsky.app/profile/brainjarpress.bsky.social/post/3lilf2izpp224Ordered print copies of The Night Stair, figuring they'd last us a year. Not out until March 25, and we’ve already had to go back and order more!06 Feb 2025 03:35 +0000at://did:plc:6glnbilkachde27kevtgdv6v/app.bsky.feed.post/3lhi5qzi2gs2ihttps://bsky.app/profile/brainjarpress.bsky.social/post/3lhcp4cxpoc23So, real talk: we produce great books, but we suck at social media. Brain Jar's mostly 1 guy and 2 cats doing all the work. We don't have the resources to be good and consistent at socials. That's why we rock a cool-ass newsletter with a kick-ass freebie: offers.brainjarpress.com/nogooddeed https://offers.brainjarpress.com/nogooddeed03 Feb 2025 23:29 +0000at://did:plc:6glnbilkachde27kevtgdv6v/app.bsky.feed.post/3lhcp4cxpoc23https://bsky.app/profile/brainjarpress.bsky.social/post/3lha7j62olc2uA reminder for Brisbane folks! The Crimson Road launches next week. While it's not a Brain Jar Press book, we'll be there cheering Angela on (and might have a few, sneaky copies The Night Stair available on the night). Everyone is sending through such lovely messages about Angela's chapbooks, but our ISP has decided we can only receive--not send or reply--emails sent to Brain Jar.
