Social media isn’t great for my mental wellbeing.
And yet when I wait for composer to update, a test suite to run, etc, I find myself going to Facebook and scrolling at absolute fake sh*t.
Yet a habit for whatever reason I can’t break.
Today I logged out on my Mac. It’s a starting point.
