Here's a simple pitch rubric:
[CHARACTER] is/lives [STATUS QUO] until [INCITING INCIDENT]. Now if they don’t [MAIN GOAL] then [CONSEQUENCES].
OR
[MAIN MOTIVATION] only problem is [MAIN CONFLICT/HURDLE]
