It stinks that BIPOC people have medical concerns dismissed so often it's sometimes hard to tell when you should/shouldn't advocate for yourself. I can't tell if I'm just being overdramatic, or if the dr. is right when she says I abruptly lost the ability to lift my arm because I might sit funny.

Really saddened by BioWare's closure. :( Mass Effect has held a precious part of my heart for the last few years. It's disappointing to see all the love, creativity, and effort of so many developers and artists be squashed away by another greedy company. Wishing all the best to those affected.

One of the hardest things to accept about being chronically ill is that my body isn't able to do the same things anymore. In undergrad, I went to the gym religiously, could plank for minutes, and took kickboxing. Today, I spent maybe 10 min cutting down weeds and was left with trembling arms. :(
