Love the colors so much! ❤️🧡 #Fall #Seattle05 Nov 2026 21:53 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3mzlu5w2unc2vhttps://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3mzl7wxcwf22gY’know the thing I’m most hopeful about re: yesterday’s victory? The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. Of all the things, this is the thing that could have the most profound beneficial long-term effect on the nation’s future. It’s now possible—for reals. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Popular_Vote_Interstate_Compact05 Nov 2026 15:51 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3mzl7wxcwf22ghttps://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3mzl6aenhks2k*plays WoW Forever* [server disconnect] “Wha? Things have been so smooth!” *sees server maintenance notice* “Oh! Well, I guess I should take my potty break now.” *returns; sees Sir Percival Softpaws has moved into once-occupied chair* “Ah! There is clearly a conspiracy afoot! I yield…for now!”05 Nov 2026 15:21 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3mzl6aenhks2khttps://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3mzk566wyqs23And it is wonderful! The feared queue issues were nicely brief, only causing like 5 or 10 mins of hiccup at the beginning. I joined a group for a boss & others roleplayed almost immediately and that was fab. Then paired with one other for extended time. First night great night! #WoW #Forever05 Nov 2026 05:29 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3mzk566wyqs23https://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3mzigmfece22oIt’s a fantastic morning in America! 🇺🇸 Among the things it means is that the nation isn’t blind, willfully ignorant, and/or apathetic. People saw, they knew, and they voted about it. Like _a lot_ a lot. 💙04 Nov 2026 13:13 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3mzigmfece22ohttps://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3mzhp3eqfwc25Heh. I just realized the nighttime book I’m reading is FLOOD. 😂 I guess today is a blue tsunami all the way down. 😅04 Nov 2026 06:12 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3mzhp3eqfwc25https://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3mzhdld7qbs2wOne more sleep! A movie from 2000 on in background and one character, and thus actor, is super old. I looked up when he died IRL for morbid curiosity and the very minute I read that he was cremated the scene switched to his character on his deathbed and he said how he’d prefer to be cremated. 👻27 Oct 2026 03:38 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3mytcr56ef22xhttps://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3myqnb7krnk2hDo you enjoy cozy, fantastical, wonderful, whimsical, light, ribald, and dramatic romances? Then may I recommend the unique Wicker, a film that has powerful perfectly cast leads with great support and a story that is the most engaging romance you’ll see. And do go see it—it’s a treat and a gem.26 Oct 2026 02:08 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3myqnb7krnk2hhttps://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3myqmcmyc6c2hDo you enjoy masterworks of craftsmanship and plots more complex than anticipated? Then may I recommend Wildwood, which I cannot fathom how it escaped an R rating—seriously. It has utterly amazing jaw-dropping stop motion that I thought some must be animated but no. Incredible. Also a great story.26 Oct 2026 01:51 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3myqmcmyc6c2hhttps://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3mynannhnmk2hDo you enjoy one-note horror movies whose note is discordant? Then may I recommend The North Witch, which traps two characters in a cabin and subjects them—thus us all—to various illusions that eventually become tiresome. I was beginning to wonder what the point was then oh yeah, the one note. 🤷‍♂️24 Oct 2026 17:44 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3mynannhnmk2hhttps://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3myn4raysis2vDo you enjoy making your own bat-themed double features for spooky szn? Then may I recommend The Bat (1959) and The Devil Bat (1940). The first is a whodunnit. The second is a sci-fi thriller. Neither are horror and only one has bats, but both aren’t too bad, I mean, fab to have on in background.24 Oct 2026 16:35 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3myn4raysis2vhttps://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3myn3cnsnzs2vDo you enjoy very well made horror that depends on plot more than villain? Then may I recommend The Cycle, which centers murder mystery and forensics as a vehicle to introduce practical effect horror. Beautifully shot, good acting and direction, and absolutely bloody. Important to stay for credits.24 Oct 2026 16:09 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3myn3cnsnzs2vhttps://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3mylng4c5ok2oDo you enjoy well written atypical complex heist thrillers? Then may I recommend Wardriver, which has excellent casting, great photography, and a script that moves along. Heist thrillers usually have twists. Here too. Also one of the best almost-kisses I can remember. 😏24 Oct 2026 02:27 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3mylng4c5ok2ohttps://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3myj4uei56c2oDo you enjoy slow burn supernatural movies that are actually thrillers? Then may I recommend The Calling Witch, which has a good premise and a strong lead. I was going to have this on in the background but it pulled me in for full attention. I liked the touches here and there.23 Oct 2026 02:26 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3myj4uei56c2ohttps://bsky.app/profile/abashima.bsky.social/post/3myj3cnjhl22rI parked my #WoW #Forever Beta characters in chairs in inns in preparation for their TRON-style de-rezzing when the beta ends. I don’t remember any of their names (randomly generated) but each one showed me the future of WoW and I won’t forget that. 😊23 Oct 2026 01:58 +0000at://did:plc:inlfjhi3wfpsglitqo7b5g5m/app.bsky.feed.post/3myj3cnjhl22r
