This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

At the moment, it is a somewhat tedious/manual process to get the IEMBots spun up here and I am still working out the quirks of this service. But the bots are coming, we'll see how this goes. ie @spc.weather.im
