High in protein and fiber; low in carbs/sugars and fat. Very delicious and creamy. P.S. Way better than using Greek yogurt.03 Nov 2026 11:18 +0000at://did:plc:kfprigmv4q5gkazdbbb46ve2/app.bsky.feed.post/3mzfpqkmadk2vhttps://bsky.app/profile/salty-bacon.bsky.social/post/3mzfi5545622yThere has to be a better way 🫠03 Nov 2026 09:02 +0000at://did:plc:kfprigmv4q5gkazdbbb46ve2/app.bsky.feed.post/3mzfi5545622yhttps://bsky.app/profile/salty-bacon.bsky.social/post/3mzb5mngmx22hIf you see this, post a Goth girl [contains quote post or other embedded content]01 Nov 2026 15:43 +0000at://did:plc:kfprigmv4q5gkazdbbb46ve2/app.bsky.feed.post/3mzb5mngmx22hhttps://bsky.app/profile/salty-bacon.bsky.social/post/3mzagi2zqv22lA truly fantastic book.
