Dear Claude: i used to have a site called weblogs.com, it was active in the 1990s. i want to know when it hit its peak, when most of the blogs it had were real blogs, and the docs were filled out. was it 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 or? i'm going to find an archive.org link that's illustrative.
