People are overreacting on both sides here, imo. Hard not to trust Stearns on these. The improvements in Milwaukee indicate at least a slight uptick in value, and I can see him at least getting close to Sevy's 2024 numbers. Kikuchi’s contract landed about where I thought. He and Manaea are similar profiles as 33 year old LHP’s who unlocked something post-ASB, though Manaea’s floor feels higher based on his track record. Feels like a certainty Manaea tops 3/$63, whether it’s years, AAV or both.
