hi i make videos sometimes on video games it's pretty cool i think youtube.com/@dododonuthttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.socialhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lwas2xjotk2g32 Oops. I don't have a real excuse as to why I missed so many of these. And I'm not saying it's a big deal, by the way. Nothing specific to say, editing has been slow and steady. If I'm lucky, I can get the Mario Kart World video out before September. That's all.13 Aug 2025 02:35 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lwas2xjotk2ghttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3ltvemdaqlk2v31 It's been a while since I've made one of these posts and said something OTHER than "haha lol sorry nothing" I've been working on the mario kart world video, but the recording was so damn long... it's gonna take some time. So nothing SPECIFIC to say, but yes, I'm finally getting things done!14 Jul 2025 02:44 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3ltvemdaqlk2vhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3ltcudocfoc2w30 So we're in the second half of the year, you know what that means? I'm finally gonna DO it. Get back into editing this year, firmly and finally. One issue though: uni is really starting to pick up now- I have a summer class that just started, and my third year is looking to be REAL busy.06 Jul 2025 18:05 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3ltcudocfoc2whttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lstxrsrjqs2r29 i have a confession to make i am incredibly lazy yeah, i just havent worked on anything in a while (including this post, as it seems) but ill be damned if i dont get the mario kart world video done by the end of the month i PROMISE i didnt die, and i can prove it30 Jun 2025 19:57 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lstxrsrjqs2rhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lsafp46qk22j28 haven't been able to work on anything yet. was going through some irl stuff.23 Jun 2025 01:13 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lsafp46qk22jhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lr7fjnic5k2227 okay i have a perfectly good reason for being late this week mario kart world is really fun ...anyway i have a bunch of videos that have been sitting in the backlog for a while but the mario kart world video comes first! so expect that eventually (maybe even sometime this week?)09 Jun 2025 22:12 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lr7fjnic5k22https://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lqpnupnpf22z26 Hey everyone! Sorry for disappearing like that. I was on vacation, and I intended to post before I left, but I wasn't feeling well the night before leaving for the airport, so I couldn't. But I'm back now! No progress on videos since the last post, as would be expected from going on vacation.03 Jun 2025 15:58 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lqpnupnpf22zhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lpibn3lrnk2w25 Surprised? I am too, to be honest! Yeah, I managed a day off from working on the mod (needed a break), and somehow squeezed out an entire video, start to finish, in one day. A new PB, I think. Not the best video imo, but it's a necessary evil to get something out right now. Until next time!19 May 2025 00:06 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lpibn3lrnk2whttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lozc7xroq22224 Missed last week. Oops. I really don't have anything to talk about while I work on this mod. It's proving to be a lot tougher than I was expecting... I've spent a lot of time the last couple of days just figuring out all the new code so I even know WHAT to fix. So nothing for videos yet. :/13 May 2025 01:06 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lozc7xroq222https://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lnw4glluvk2423 I'm gonna be so real, I didn't even know what to post yesterday. Exams are over, I guess that's one thing. But I haven't done anything related to videos... kind of. Mostly maintaining old code, but it's been a massive pain and is taking a while. (at least its fun while it works...)29 Apr 2025 01:19 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lnw4glluvk24https://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lndduen36s2d22 hehehe im late again lmao something something easter something something busy, you know how it goes no progress on videos BUT i have been working through my to-do list during exam downtime! so i'll getting back into editing by may, at least i hope. if so, i called it.21 Apr 2025 14:12 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lndduen36s2dhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lmuvdjc6pc2b21 Couldn't bother to post on Sunday. Was busy and stressed by finals, AND I got sick. No progress on videos again, so I honestly could've gone the whole week without posting. Nah. The idea of a weekly """blog""" keeps me motivated, even if I can't work on anything rn. I'll keep going every week.15 Apr 2025 20:15 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lmuvdjc6pc2bhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lm5ql3bs722u20 Just hit 8,000 subscribers today! Last night? Doesn't matter. I wish I had something to show my gratitude, but as I said, I'm busy, and all that. Nothing more to say, really, and I expect next week's post to say the same. Thanks again though!06 Apr 2025 15:18 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lm5ql3bs722uhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lln3s6kb522h19 Things aren't working out. I've been flooded with work (and very nearly with water as well). My to-do list has piled up for the time being (finals are coming up), so I don't expect to be working on videos again until May at the latest. Sorry. I really wanted to get something out sooner.31 Mar 2025 00:24 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lln3s6kb522hhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3ll64gksirk2z18 (forgot to post yesterday, let's pretend that didn't happen) I'm almost back into the swing of things, but it might take until after this weekend to get substantial progress going again. It all depends on how long the upcoming Rain World DLC is... I might be busy with that... rain world... aoa...25 Mar 2025 01:25 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3ll64gksirk2zhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lkizsf7m6k2q17 No progress on videos, it's been a very busy week.16 Mar 2025 16:12 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lkizsf7m6k2qhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3ljxnntfyjc2c16 Okay so I was PLANNING on recording a short and sweet video this week (something I would have the spare time to work on before/after midterm season), but the game I was gonna record got an update, and all the mods broke :( And I couldn't have worked on something else in the meantime,09 Mar 2025 18:20 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3ljxnntfyjc2chttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3ljg4skshac2p15 "TDL" got recorded, and "MSC" got its final recording! Very exciting! It'll take a while to get the latter one finished, so I'll probably get some other projects done while making steady progress on MSC at the same time. Stay tuned for a big announcement! >:) (...eventually...)02 Mar 2025 19:03 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3ljg4skshac2phttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3liug3xo7dc2514 yet another recording for "MSC", we're almost at the end! nothing done this week in terms of editing, but i've got the rest of sunday, and i WANT to work on stuff today, so i probably will. probably.23 Feb 2025 18:01 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3liug3xo7dc25https://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lid65co5hc2l13 STILL no progress, but now i'm on break, so expect something next week i PROMISE. I figured out how to make plugins for OBS, so i might revisit the "splatoon with filters" idea. Whether it'll be splatoon again though, i'm unsure. See you next week!16 Feb 2025 21:23 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lid65co5hc2lhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lhrh4tcn5c2412 No progress on videos this week due to midterms, but those are over now, so i might be able to get back to working on things very soon! Also, it's now been over a whole year since i uploaded "guiding a noob through a hostile ecosystem", which feels insane! If only the big news was ready yet...09 Feb 2025 20:16 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lhrh4tcn5c24https://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lhcl2c5d422x11 lol i literally straight up forgot to post yesterday my b not that there was anything important to say this week, it's midterm season, very busy :p so let's have some of my friends write the rest of the post, im sure that wont end in disaster03 Feb 2025 22:17 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lhcl2c5d422xhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lgoiwz4agc2i10 Didn't do much in terms of working on videos, but I've been productive in other ways this week! First of all, I've been getting started on a video editing tutorial, in lieu of my friend asking to be an editor for me. Might be a useful resource beyond just that, too. Could take a while to make.26 Jan 2025 22:46 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lgoiwz4agc2ihttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lg4jd2ljkc2v9 Didn't work on videos this week, was too busy with uni. (Expect a lot of posts to look like this)19 Jan 2025 19:05 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lg4jd2ljkc2vhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lfoarrnjc22o8 okay i have a LOT to talk about this time. first of all, you may notice that this is being posted on monday night rather than sunday afternoon. there is a reason for this. last tuesday night, i plugged in my laptop to charge overnight, ready for bed before a hard day at uni. then it happened.14 Jan 2025 02:54 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lfoarrnjc22ohttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lezjc6w4gc2g7 "MCDE" is complete, as of today. Yes, I didn't get it done before the new year, that's on me. But I delayed the video regardless, so it's FINE, I'm not mad about it. no, really. the video's a banger. probably the best one i've ever made (so far). plus another recording session for "MSC", woo!05 Jan 2025 21:01 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lezjc6w4gc2ghttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lehqzj3kfs2m6 The decision to delay the "MCDE" project's release is finalized. It's probably going to release sometime in February. I've been working on it whenever I could during the limited downtime of the christmas season, which, speaking of, I hope y'all had a good one!29 Dec 2024 19:31 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lehqzj3kfs2mhttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3ldw5iipzjc2p5 Not much to say this week. Did some editing progress on "MCDE", not much done this week due to exams. Those are over now, though! I'm trying to get "MCDE" done before new years, but I figured if I released it then, that would be too soon since my last video. And my next semester is pretty busy...22 Dec 2024 19:26 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3ldw5iipzjc2phttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3ldegpyau522i4 took the few days after my first exam as a rest period, got lots done, but with another exam on the horizon, i gotta lock in again for now project "CW" is complete and awaiting upload (possibly later today?) i'm glad i decided to give that project extra attention, it really improved things!15 Dec 2024 18:24 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3ldegpyau522ihttps://bsky.app/profile/dododonut.bsky.social/post/3lcsowaej5s2m3 Not much happened this week. Not surprising, I pretty much predicted that (I have an exam *tomorrow*). One (two? it was discontinuous) recording session(s) for "MSC", I'm confident I can get that stage done soon-ish. But that's about it. It's been a busy week, AND I've been studying!08 Dec 2024 17:03 +0000at://did:plc:s6f4meo7zodpflthyhwcrapv/app.bsky.feed.post/3lcsowaej5s2m
