This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I think your “content languages” in the settings is set to German right? So it won’t translate German posts automatically. But yes definitely shouldn’t need the second tap, that’s a bug
