I canceled Framer and built my personal site with Cursor & AI. The data usage of this site is pretty low so (I think) the hosting is almost free on Vercel! I'm having fun building different things with AI now :)

To be fair, I think a lot of courses don’t see action from the students because it’s just so hard to participate. If we can build learning experiences like we’re building for kids, I’m sure participation will skyrocket.

I realized people in their 30s are so nice. Like when I met new people in my 20s I felt like I needed to perform. I needed to be cool. Now in my 30s meeting people in their 30s, most people are so vulnerable, open-minded, and caring. Is it just me?

Been thinking a lot and I think I know why most online education (actually any education) sucks. We dumb it down too much for the students and it becomes boring. The key is to make it challenging enough that it is fun and not too challenging that it is overwhelming ...

I have 2 daughters and I know how to get them to be more independent. Bascially when they are with mom, they are all needy and stuff. With me, they do most things themselves lol So basically it is removing mom from the equation.

We see course sales on a decline. You'd think the "course industry" is dying, but actually there's no such thing as the course industry. A course is just a tool to pass on knowledge. Like marketing, it's how you use it in your industry. Plus, many still sell lots of courses.
