In 2023 I started logging tree pollen levels for birch trees.  In 2024 I made it comprehensive and continued in 2025. On twitter I had aquite a lot of threads about the microbiome, I&#39;ve spent several years testing my microbiome (ME CFS with some LC symptoms) and I&#39;ve researched and read as much as I can to understand the results.
