fwiw i have my own thoughts on digital games and i do kind of prefer them for modern games nowadays (every game gets updates post launch that either make them playable or add content that should've been there day 1 anyway...) but i don't want publishers pretending it wasn't on them lol

might i add mario kart world was a digital download in the console bundle back when the console came out. and on a handheld platform you would probably want a digital download compared to carrying around a lot of cartridges. makes sense there compared to a playstation or whatever [contains quote post or other embedded content]
