This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

On today's Twitch Dev/Support live stream:
- fixed sorting for Template menus
- fixed sorting for merge member menu
- Added new seat locking feature as requested by users. Lock players into their seats at the table so that they won't be moved by automatic table balancing.
