Spent most of FRI horizontally, as my Lumbar Spine was SCREAMING at me. However, overnight it POPPED back into place while repositioning myself in bed, which is when it popped out. Again. Still hurts like a mofo, but not w/the INTENSITY of Bone on Bone/Bone on Nerve. Hoping to get in a walk l8r.

Well Lookie what I broke out, And Tuned. Sadly, I’ve forgotten 99.9% of everything Keith Chalmers of Riverside taught me in ‘77 & ‘78. I do miss playing. I miss Singing even more. Looking forward to playing around with it more, re-learning Chords, etc. It’s been 47yrs since I put it down. 🙄 BAH!!

Now 2.5lbs UNDER Target weight of 225lbs. I’ve Lost approx 120 lbs in 11-mos. At my heaviest I was 347lbs. I’m 6’3”. More Tests Ordered; Echocardiogram, PET Stress Test, & Carotoid Ultrasound. Doc’s happy w/Progress. Discussed CAD, which I have Genetic predisposition for. Such a Lucky MoFo Am I.

I’ve Lost over 125lbs now, & as of this AM PCP Appt, No more Diabetes or BP Meds. BP & Metabolism seemed to have reset to “Normal”. Sorta. Genetic predisposition for high Lipids & Cardiac Disease, so related Meds for Life. What 🤯 is that this is the 2nd time in my Life I’ve Lost 100+lbs. Truth.

Struggling to wrap my brain around the fact that for the 2nd time in my life, I’ve Lost 125 lbs. Full Disclosure, the first time, ‘98-‘01, was pure stress & I would NOT recommend that method. The 2nd time has been faster, planned, and, medically managed. Very Grateful.
