It's lilac season, the flowers make a wonderful tasting tea or sugar syrup.
Here's my tea recipe: 40g flowers, 60g cane sugar (or lilac syrup) and 2 liters of water.
Boil the water, add flowers and sugar, boil 3-5 minutes, strain out the lilacs.
Have it either hot or cold. ☺️
