This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I just upgraded from an iPhone X that got stuck iOS 16 to an iPhone 17e/iOS 26.4
That was solid 5 hours tackling nasty banking apps, re-validating cards for Apple Pay, an old app store account I didn't remember that stopped the transfer from the old iPhone, etc.
