で、どうもffmpegは起動後にsched priorityを更新しているようで、起動時にchrtしても効かない。仕方がないので起動後1秒待ってからchrt -o -p 0 ${pid}する、みたいな泥臭い方法で対処することに。うぅむもっとスマートできないものか。
