昨日からあんまり調子が出ない原因、そういやまたギックリ腰になっているせいかも、と今さら気がついた(汗。ギックリ腰、それなりの頻度で起こるのですっかり日常化していたよ。日々の所作が痛みを伴う、ということがやはりストレスになってるんだなぁ。
