結局iPhoneでの操作でファクトリーリセットするのはどう頑張ってもできなかったので(途中で全く操作できず先にも進まない画面になってしまう)、iTunesをインストールしたWindows PCにUSB-Lightningケーブルで繋いで「復元」する、という方法で何とかリセットできた。まったくもう。
