This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

They were placed, bottom up, on a piece of steam-a-seam. Once I was satisfied with the arrangement, I ironed them down permanently. The bottom portions are loose. I plan to layer and then quilt it (not sure yet how to handle the feathers) and hang it in my sewing room!
