Tip for comparing temporal upscalers, as I've seen this a few times: compare at similar FPS, fixed if possible.
More frames is more accumulated detail, less convergence delay, less artefacts. Comparing fps-unrestricted mid & low range GPU visuals to high end GPU output isn't a great comparison.
