Hello! I have a follow up question. I post to Bluesky from a custom PDS. Does this idea mean if I host a higher-quality / longer video on my custom PDS on my own server, the bsky.app frontend will potentially decline to display it to bsky.app readers unless I've paid for the high-quality video tier?
