This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Soo personally I would *love* a version of the United States Code designed as a version control repository. Put the name of the bill into each commit message and you solve the problem where every US law has 2 names (bill name vs USC index)
Maybe not git, though. Git is inferior software
