This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I was very excited to read about Speculation Rules, and I went ahead and created rules, but they kept failing with "because speculative loading was disabled" ... turns out I have to turn it on in Chrome
