うっすら頭痛と関節痛に、でろだら汗に消化管のリセットがはさまって（主に上部）、鼻が若干カピカピしてるのと微熱感で今に至る……悪寒はないけどもしやと思って葛根湯飲んだのが、うまく軽減入ったかもしれん
