This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

The ideal situation for Meta is that you are trapped in an endless maze of advertising impressions in search of the thing you swear you used to be able to see or do on Instagram or Facebook. Them showing you it is a problem.
They're doing what Google Search did but with people instead of websites.
