This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I really wish one of these articles would mention how long a Data Center takes to build. I also really hope someone - ANYONE - bothers to actually follow up and make sure any of this stuff is being built
